City Explorer

9.00am - 10pm (back to hotel to shower and change 5-7pm)

 In the morning visit Doi Suthep temple, the most important temple in Chiang Mai, situated on a hill overlooking the city, then continue on to Vieng Kum Kham, the ancient original site of Chiang Mai. After lunch visit some of the many handicraft centres which produce and sell the local handicrafts. If you are interested in any particular kind of handicraft, we will find somewhere that you can watch it being made. Return to your hotel at approx. 5 pm and at 7-7.30pm you will be picked up and taken to the Khantoke dinner; traditional Northern Thai food and dancing

Golden Triangle Explorer

7.00am - 8pm

Drive up to the very north of Thailand, via Chiang Rai. You will see the ancient temples of Chiang Saen on the banks of the Mekhong River. Then you will visit the bustling border town of Mae Sai (border of Myanmar and Thailand). During the day you will also visit some hot springs, some hilltribe villages, including the "long neck" Padong tribe and take a scenic drive through the hills of upper Northern Thailand. This tour also visits the the temple of Wat Rong Khun built by famous national artist Acharn Chalermchai Kositpipat.
The Golden Triangle is actually the point where you can see all the three countries of Thailand, Laos and Myanmar. You will stop there during the day.

Elephant and City Explorer

7.00am - 5pm

Visit the Chiang Dao Elephant Camp in the early morning. Pick up at your hotel 0700 and drive towards Chiang Dao. First visit the camp and take an elephant ride for approx. 1˝hrs to a Lisu hilltribe village, then after the ride, watch the elephants going through their morning routines as well as demonstrating some of their skills. Followed by a ride down the river on a bamboo raft (approx. 1hr). After lunch drive back to Chiang Mai and up to Doi Suthep temple, tour around the temple and drive back down to Chiang Mai.

City Adventure Explorer

8.30am - 10pm

Visit the Mae Sa elephant camp, approx. 12kms north of Chiang Mai. You will see a show where the elephants demonstrate some of their many skills. Afterwards you may take a ride on one of the elephants (approx. 1hr). From the elephant camp we go to one of the largest orchid farms in the Mae Sa Valley, where you will see a stunning selection of these beautiful flowers. Take lunch in the Mae Sa valley area and then drive up to Doi Suthep temple, tour around the temple and drive back down to Chiang Mai.
Return to your hotel at approx. 5 pm and at 7-7.30pm you will be picked up and taken to the Khantoke dinner; traditional Northern Thai food and dancing

Chiang Dao Explorer

7.00am - 5pm

After lunch drive a bit farther north to the Chiang Dao caves. These caves are also temples, inside them you will see many Buddha images. Explore around these unique cave temples.  Continue on
further to a Padong "long neck" tribe village. The women of the tribe wear long brass coils around their neck. Spend some time in the village and then drive back to Chiang Mai in the afternoon.
The tour ends when you are taken back to your hotel at approx. 5pm
