Hotel Booking Details

 

Booking Procedure

To book a hotel, using our service:

1. Choose the hotel that you would like to book, along with a second choice.

2. Fill in our Hotel Booking Form; please make sure that you have filled it in correctly and included your E mail address.

3. Wait for our booking confirmation, which we will send by E mail (normally within
24 hrs.) Included in our booking confirmation will be the total amount that you have to pay, instructions on how to make your payment and any other relevant details ( such as transfers from airport to hotel ).

4. Make your payment, normally done by credit card, using our Secure Online Payment Form or Credit Card Fax Form.
Fill in the form completely and correctly and fax it to us, along with a copy of your passport.

5. We send you confirmation upon receiving the details and after processing the payment, we send you a voucher that you should bring with you, as proof of payment.

6. Your booking is now guaranteed.

 We debit your card, 7 days before you check in (unless you need the voucher earlier, in which case we debit the payment before sending the voucher), for the amount specified in the booking confirmation.

Payment Details

1. Bookings can only be guaranteed with payment before arrival. Prepayment insures that your booking is held for you, even if you are delayed. This is especially important during high season and festivals.

2. Payment must be made to Wayfarers Travel; this is normally done by credit card. If you need to use another method such as bank to bank transfer, please inform us.

3. When we have received your credit card details, we will confirm our receipt of them.
We debit your card for the agreed upon sum, 7 days before your check in date.

If you need the voucher before 7 days we can debit the payment and send your voucher as needed.

Cancellation Policy

1. Paying by credit card - your card is debited 7 days before your arrival. If you cancel your reservation more than 7 days ahead of your check in date, you will not be charged.
If you cancel your reservation, 7 days or less before your arrival - you will be charged 1 night's accommodation + any card payment processing fees.

2. If paying by another method, such as bank to bank transfer, and you cancel your reservation more than 7 days ahead of your check in date, your payment will be refunded, but bank processing fees will be deducted. If you cancel your reservation 7 days or less before your check in date, you will be charged 1 night's accommodation + bank processing fees.

NB. If you have asked us to charge payment to your card more than 7 days before arrival (in order to receive the voucher earlier) - then cancellation between date of charging and 7 days before arrival will mean a refund minus bank charges.
